I always dreamed of a life shaped by salt air, boardwalks, and golden sunsets—and in 1998, that dream became real. Just before midnight, I landed in Ocean Pines, Maryland, a charming coastal community tucked eight miles from the beloved resort town of Ocean City.

It didn’t take long for our family to fall completely in love. Ocean Pines is the kind of place that wraps around you — five swimming pools, two marinas, a tennis complex, a yacht club, and a sense of community that feels like it was built just for you. For twenty-one years, we called it home.

Meet Donna Lewis Stiles

Donna is a former Ocean Pines resident, a local real estate expert, and someone who brings a rare depth of experience to everything she touches.

Before real estate, Donna built an impressive and colorful career. As a former Miss Delaware USA—raised in Wilmington, Delaware, and born into a family of Realtors—she came to sales naturally. She spent years as the executive director of her dance production company, where she coached state, regional, and national champions and earned numerous awards. She knows exactly what it takes to guide, direct, and produce results.

Her passion for spaces led her to explore home decorating, remodeling, and staging—a natural bridge into real estate, where she excelled as a professional home stager and marketing specialist. Her clients have always known her for one thing above all: she shows up, she works hard, and she is accessible—truly, genuinely there for the people she serves.

Donna is also a published author, writing children’s picture books that teach kindness to the next generation.

She and her husband Jim, a business executive who has traveled the world, have been married for forty-five years. Their two children both graduated at the top of their classes from Stephen Decatur High School in Worcester County and went on to top universities and rewarding careers.

These days, the family has followed the sun a little further south, trading the Chesapeake for the Gulf and loving every moment of it.
